很多房产公司确定了模型公司准备制作售楼沙盘模型之前都会咨询模型公司需要提供哪些图纸，今天景文模型公司为你解答制作模型所需图纸。
建筑模型所需图纸：
一、住宅建筑平面标准层以下的楼层、标准层及屋顶平面图及立面图、剖立面图（无退层），文件格式为CAD施工图。
二、住宅建筑平面标准层以下的楼层、奇偶层的标准层及屋顶平面图及立面图、剖立面图（奇偶层），文件格式为CAD施工图。
三、住宅建筑平面入户层（门头以下）、每一层及屋顶平面图立面图、剖立面图（退层），文件要求为CAD施工图。
四、有地形的需要涉及到地形建筑的内部每层平面标高图及地形落差的立面图，文件要求为CAD施工图。
景观环境所需图纸：
一、景观总平图（标高图及设计铺装图），文件格式为CAD设计图。
二、景观总平图（园林节点大样图），格式为CAD施工图。
